Dues must be paid before you participate in any EVSTL tournament, play in the EVSTL league, or to vote at club membership meetings.
Regular and Affiliate membership $50
Social membership $10
Honorary members (Age 85+ and paid full dues for 5 years) Free
To PAY:
Deposit check or cash in the red box in the captain’s closet along with a signed registration/waiver form (see link below).
Zelle transfer: Business Payable to: svetennistreasurer@gmail.com. NOTE in the Zelle reason/memo line what exactly the payment is for. Fill out and send in or put registration/waiver form in the captain’s closet (see link below).
Note: All players using SVE courts, regardless of membership classification, must complete a WAIVER OF LIABILITY FORM. Print the form, fill in and sign, then drop the completed form in the red box in the captain’s closet, or email a scanned version to svetennistreasurer@gmail.com.
