SVE Tennis Club – Event Request Instructions
The SVE Tennis Club hosts numerous events throughout the year. To help ensure these events run smoothly, we’ve developed an Event Request Form to collect all essential event details.
Why this form is important
Even if your event may already be pre-approved, the Web Administrator and Secretary still require specific information to effectively communicate event details to club members.
Please submit the form at least 3 weeks before your event to allow sufficient time for review and planning.
Approval Process
New events not currently listed on the SVE Tennis Club calendar will be forwarded to the Club Board for review.
You’ll be notified if your event is approved, denied, or if additional information is needed.
Once approved
An email announcement will be sent to all club members using the details you provided.
The event will be added to the club website.
If sign-up is required, a registration link will be included.
